What you will do
- Build enterprise contact center solutions with Amazon Connect, including contact flows, routing, Cases, Tasks, Contact Lens, Customer Profiles, analytics, and workforce management integrations.
- Develop conversational and generative AI experiences with Amazon Connect AI agents, Amazon Q in Connect, Amazon Bedrock, Claude, prompt engineering, tool calling, guardrails, and voice interaction recovery.
- Build React-based agent and admin tooling, custom Agent Workspace experiences, CRM integrations, and accessible WCAG 2.1 AA components.
- Implement serverless, event-driven systems with Lambda, EventBridge, Step Functions, SQS/SNS, DynamoDB, Kinesis, and API integrations.
- Author AWS CDK infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, observability, monitoring, security controls, and production rollout runbooks.
- Work directly with customer engineering teams, lead technical sessions and demos, review code, mentor engineers, and contribute reusable delivery assets and pre-sales prototypes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including 2+ years with Amazon Connect or comparable enterprise CCaaS platforms.
- Strong Amazon Connect experience across contact flows, routing, Cases and Tasks, Contact Lens, Customer Profiles, Streams API, and analytics.
- Production experience with conversational AI, Amazon Lex, Amazon Bedrock or equivalent LLM platforms, prompt engineering, and tool calling.
- Strong TypeScript, Node.js, and Python skills, plus production React and AWS serverless engineering experience.
- Experience with AWS CDK or Terraform, multi-account deployments, testing, observability, incident debugging, and production systems.
- Current legal authorization to work in Argentina is required; visa or work permit sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- AWS certifications relevant to solutions architecture, development, machine learning, or Amazon Connect.
- Contact center migrations from Avaya, Genesys, Cisco, Oracle, or Salesforce.
- Experience in government, healthcare, or financial services, including compliance requirements.
- Contact center operations, AI observability, accessibility engineering, consulting, or client-delivery experience.
