Fabricator (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Operate laser cutting systems, press brakes, shears, and other fabrication equipment.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine fabrication requirements.
• Fabricate, assemble, inspect, measure, and finish parts and assemblies.
• Assist with equipment setup, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with CNC programmers and machine shop personnel to improve production flow and accuracy.
• Handle materials safely, maintain an organized work area, and support continuous improvement in productivity, safety, and quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• 1–3 years of fabrication or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and willingness to cross-train.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to follow company safety procedures and collaborate across departments.

Nice to have

• Experience with laser cutting, press brakes, or other fabrication equipment.
• Basic understanding of CNC machining processes and programming concepts.
• Technical or vocational training.
