Senior Technical Product Manager (Digital Signage)

What you will do

• Own strategic product decisions, roadmap execution, prioritization, escalations, and delivery quality for the digital signage product line.
• Guide platform architecture, core frameworks, refactoring priorities, and the adoption of platform frameworks across the codebase and roadmap.
• Apply the AI Development Lifecycle from discovery through delivery, including AI-enabled product design, development acceleration, and feature development.
• Lead platform-level initiatives and features spanning digital signage, employee communications, and other product lines.
• Conduct customer discovery, analyze support signals, and translate bugs, product gaps, and adoption issues into prioritized decisions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success across global teams in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC to drive acquisition, expansion, retention, and ARR growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, including ownership of complex, technically involved product lines.
• Experience delivering digital signage products and developing or managing partner integrations.
• Technical depth in platform architecture and core frameworks, with the ability to engage with engineering at an architectural level.
• Demonstrated experience working within an AI Development Lifecycle or comparable AI development framework.
• Experience managing roadmaps under pressure, handling escalations, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong customer discovery, strategic judgment, platform fluency, and communication skills across technical and commercial stakeholders.
