Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: San José, Costa Rica; hybrid office/work-from-home schedule. Synchronous collaboration is required during 9:00 AM–5:00 PM US Eastern Time. Work from Anywhere is available for 4 weeks per year.

What you will do

• Build relationships with stakeholders, understand their needs, and secure adoption of product solutions.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear business-value narratives.
• Transform business problems into effective AI prompts and workflows while communicating capabilities and limitations.
• Partner with engineering to ensure products address real business needs and represent the customer in product development.
• Create presentations, demonstrations, training materials, and communication strategies that drive adoption and highlight product success.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience with a record of shipping impactful products.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to product decisions.
• Experience with AI tools, including the ability to understand their practical limitations and translate business requirements into actionable AI prompts and solutions.
• Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate user needs into product requirements and technical specifications.
• Ability to collaborate synchronously from San José, Costa Rica, during 9:00 AM–5:00 PM US Eastern Time core hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketing technology or advertising platforms.
• Knowledge of data analytics and marketing performance metrics.
• Basic technical literacy with SQL or programming languages.
