Data Product Manager (Data & Analytics)

Location: Brazil; remote home-office work

What you will do

• Oversee the lifecycle of data products from ideation and development through deployment and optimization.
• Provide data analysis and visualization to support business and digital product growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and analytics specialists.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand data needs and communicate initiative value.
• Prioritize tasks, define the roadmap, and balance competing stakeholder demands.
• Attract, develop, mentor, and train data talent while remaining hands-on in day-to-day execution.

Requirements

• English at C1 level or above is required.
• Spanish communication is mandatory for reading, writing, and speaking.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Proficiency with Power BI.
• Strong experience in customer segmentation.
• Strategic thinking, product mindset, value-based prioritization, and team leadership skills.
