Licensing / Regulatory Compliance Analyst (iGaming)

What you will do

• Complete gaming license applications and regulatory submissions, including forms, letters, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure applications and reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Maintain summary reports, databases, electronic filing systems, and source documents.
• Review correspondence from gaming regulatory agencies, determine required actions, and prepare responses and related documents.
• Coordinate communications across divisions and submit reports required by regulatory agencies.
• Maintain and secure confidential information while supporting company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Associate degree, Certified Legal Assistant or Paralegal qualification, or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, multitasking ability, and deadline management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, databases, spreadsheets, and software applications.
• Proficiency in conducting internet research.
• Employment may require gaming or other licenses, background investigations, security checks, and compliance with applicable legal or contractual standards.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Licensing or regulatory experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish or another language.
