About the Role

You will analyze customer and network traffic to assess product performance across use cases and segments. You will build dashboards and metrics, run backtests, identify rules and model strategies, design data models and schemas, and partner on experiments for customer-facing features.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• 2–3 years working extensively with product analytics, experimentation, or data-driven products.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience analyzing complex datasets and translating insights into action.
• Experience with product analytics, experimentation, or backtesting methodologies.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards, reporting frameworks, and core product metrics.
• Communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer and network traffic to understand product performance.
• Build dashboards and metrics for product performance.
• Run backtests to evaluate performance and identify rules and model strategies.
• Generate insights that support customer growth and expansion.
• Design scalable data models and schemas for analysis and reporting.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to design and analyze experiments.
• Own metrics, dashboards, and experiments that inform product strategy and decision-making.
