Senior Manager, Technical Delivery (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead the technical delivery organization, including integration and data migration teams, and manage their leaders.
• Oversee client projects from scoping and solution design through implementation and post-launch support.
• Allocate resources and staffing across client engagements to match required skills and priorities.
• Lead client project escalations, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide hands-on technical guidance when needed.
• Collaborate with services, project management, product management, and client success leadership to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop delivery frameworks, improve processes, reduce risks, and track project updates and success metrics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SaaS professional services, including at least 5 years managing or leading technical delivery managers.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
• Experience delivering complex cloud-based software projects, integrations, and technical solutions in professional services.
• Strong background in cloud technologies, software architecture, and SaaS delivery models, including AWS, Azure, Dell Boomi, or Google Cloud.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in Charlotte, NC, United States.
