Senior Staff Implementation Delivery Manager

Location: Washington, District of Columbia, United States; on-site availability required in the DC / Virginia / Maryland area for U.S. Federal accounts.

What you will do

• Own implementation and platform delivery outcomes for a named strategic public sector account from post-award deployment through sustainment.
• Define enterprise and solution architecture across SaaS and regulated PaaS environments, including deployment, integrations, and data modeling.
• Architect, deploy, and build first-draft capabilities and integrations where the product does not yet meet mission requirements.
• Lead an account-aligned implementation pod of delivery specialists, integration engineers, and cloud or platform resources.
• Serve as the trusted technical partner for customer architects, engineering leaders, and senior decision-makers while supporting expansion opportunities.
• Own system performance, incident response, customer support obligations, security, risk, and compliance across the account lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical experience across enterprise or solution architecture, hands-on deployment, and product design and development.
• Experience leading complex, customer-facing software deployments end-to-end, ideally in on-premise, secured, or regulated environments.
• Architecture and data engineering experience with AWS or Azure, Python, SQL, Spark, Databricks, REST APIs, SSO/SAML, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate between mission owners, engineers, and commercial teams.
• Experience working with sensitive data and navigating complex, highly regulated technology organizations.
• Must be able to meet Public Trust eligibility requirements and work on-site in the DC / Virginia / Maryland area for U.S. Federal accounts.

Nice to have

• Experience with trade compliance, supply chain management, shipping, logistics, or international commerce.
• Exposure to AWS GovCloud, FedRAMP, DoD IL5, or other government-managed and accredited environments.
• People-management experience leading small technical delivery teams.
• Experience developing APIs and ML toolsets including Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, or Dedupe.
• Eligibility for access to classified information, including TS/SCI.
