Prime Vendor Analyst

Location: West Palm Beach, Florida, United States

Salary: $67,000–$101,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, sales teams, vendors, and procurement stakeholders.
• Analyze pricing, inventory, distribution, efficiency, and effectiveness KPIs.
• Manage contract terms, brand conversions, savings tracking, and project updates.
• Review pricing rules, identify discrepancies, and coordinate approvals with sales teams.
• Resolve inventory surpluses, backorders, outstanding invoices, and related operational issues.
• Develop reporting requirements and maintain accurate, timely data with Sales, IS, Finance, supply chain, and materials services teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of sales analysis and support experience, or a high school diploma and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, and exceptions.
• Experience creating and delivering presentations to internal and external audiences.
• Experience building relationships with organizational stakeholders, business contacts, and vendors.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, charts, sorting, formatting, and print setup.
• Willingness to travel for training, account meetings, and development activities.

Nice to have

• Healthcare analytics experience.
• Inventory or supply chain analytics experience.
• Experience providing training and creating process documentation or user manuals.
