Associate Quality Control Lab Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Gallatin, TN, United States; onsite. Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, with overtime as needed. No relocation is available.

Salary: $19.38–$29.09 per hour.

What you will do

• Inspect incoming materials and parts to verify vendor quality.
• Test in-house materials and production output, including first-piece and final inspections.
• Record inspection findings in software, spreadsheets, and electronic lab records.
• Report non-conformances through the TQC system and follow them through disposition.
• Work with engineers to resolve quality issues and participate in plant improvement projects.
• Operate equipment and handle materials while following HSE rules and using required PPE.

Requirements

• Three years of experience performing product inspections.
• Ability to work with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of quality standards and quality control processes.
• Strong attention to detail, mathematical reasoning, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet productivity standards, follow written and oral instructions, and maintain reliable attendance.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate large equipment, and lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
