Warehouse Supervisor - Days - Weekends

Location: Weighbridge Rd, Shirebrook, Mansfield NG20, UK; onsite warehouse role with day shifts and weekend work.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors through regular one-to-ones and performance management.
• Work with the Section Manager to monitor shift delivery, operational plans, and key performance metrics.
• Ensure warehouse operations fulfil customer web and store demand on time and in full.
• Maintain high safety standards through inspections, hazard spotting, safety routines, risk assessments, and audits.
• Review labour plans, identify coverage issues, and create action plans when targets are not met.
• Support culture change initiatives, stakeholder activity, engagement, and turnover reduction.

Requirements

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong potential in people management and change management.
• Good systems skills and a customer-focused approach to operational management.
• Resilience, flexibility, approachability, and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced business.
• Ability to work onsite in Shirebrook, Mansfield, UK, including day shifts and weekends.
