What you will do
- Manage daily reverse logistics operations, including inbound returns, putaway, grading, repair coordination, and outbound processing.
- Manage RTS, B2B and internal sales, disposal, and donation flows.
- Lead and develop the warehouse team through workload planning, productivity management, and performance management.
- Monitor operational KPIs, backlogs, inventory accuracy, processing SLAs, and stock control activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments, transport teams, and other warehouse sites.
- Drive process improvements, support new reverse-logistics projects, and report or escalate operational risks.
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse or reverse logistics management.
- Strong people-management and operational problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of WMS and inventory control.
- Comfort working with KPIs and operational data.
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
