Project Administrator

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, United States; onsite Monday through Thursday with flexible work location on Fridays

Salary: $63,111.66–$87,639.99 annual base salary or hourly base pay range; compensation type: exception hourly.

What you will do

• Coordinate with team members to process project work packages and transmissions accurately and on time.
• Process purchase orders and initiate project invoicing.
• Generate, interpret, and print assigned reports.
• Support regional project billing and coordinate closely with the Area Service Manager and service team.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure timely completion.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with up to two years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
• Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines in a high-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when required.
