What you will do

• Welcome walk-in customers and provide accurate, efficient service.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend suitable deposit and banking products.
• Retain and grow consumer and business relationships through follow-up, outbound calling, referrals, and a structured sales process.
• Process customer transactions accurately and balance daily transactions.
• Educate customers about mobile, online banking, and other bank services, referring them to relevant internal specialists.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies while resolving customer issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or relevant military experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Experience or demonstrated ability in customer service, sales, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentations.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work full time in the United States.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling experience.
• Comfort using mobile services, online banking, and related technology.
