Field Service Representative (UAS)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan; on-site

What you will do

• Provide on-site operational, technical, and customer support for the V-BAT unmanned aircraft system.
• Support aircraft operations, maintenance, flight safety, and mission success.
• Serve as the primary interface with the customer and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
• Mentor customer operators and maintainers and assist with training events.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with Engineering, Fleet Support, Program Management, Security, and Deployed Operations.
• Represent the organization independently and professionally in a dynamic international environment.

Requirements

• Ability to work on-site in Taipei, Taiwan.
• Ability to operate independently in an international field environment.
• Experience or capability in aircraft operations, maintenance, customer training, and technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to support safe and effective operation of an unmanned aircraft system.
• Strong coordination and customer-support skills.
