What you will do

• Design, develop, and test electronic hardware for counter-UAS detection and mitigation systems.
• Develop RF systems for signal detection, jamming, and communications.
• Create schematics, PCB layouts, embedded prototypes, and power distribution systems.
• Integrate radar, EO/IR, acoustic, and RF sensors into defense platforms.
• Collaborate with software, firmware, and systems engineers on full-system integration.
• Conduct laboratory and field testing, troubleshooting, validation, deployments, and demonstrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in electronics design and development; defense or aerospace experience is preferred.
• Strong background in analog and digital circuit design, PCB design tools such as Altium or KiCad, embedded systems, and microcontrollers.
• Experience with RF systems, antennas, signal processing, DSP systems, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
• Understanding of power systems and battery management, with the ability to debug complex electrical systems.
• Existing U.S. security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, or eligible to obtain the authorizations required under ITAR regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with counter-UAS, radar, electronic warfare, RF jamming, spectrum monitoring, or direction finding.
• Knowledge of SPI, I2C, UART, or CAN communication protocols.
• Experience with FPGA systems and military standards such as MIL-STD or DO-160.
