Lead Technical Program Manager, AI Platform

Salary: $176,400–$264,600 base pay per year, plus annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, hire, and develop the TPM team while aligning assignments with organizational priorities.
• Directly manage complex technical programs from ambiguous goals through integration, release, and operational adoption.
• Connect AI platform roadmaps with autonomy development and deployment goals, managing resources, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Resolve technical and organizational blockers through design reviews, integration planning, issue investigations, and decision-making.
• Coordinate requirements, interfaces, testing, release gates, rollout plans, and operational readiness across onboard software, offboard services, and partner systems.
• Align vehicle manufacturers, technology suppliers, and commercial partners on deliverables, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, and schedules.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, systems engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 2+ years of direct people-management experience, including developing TPMs or engineers and addressing performance gaps.
• Strong technical depth in at least one area such as distributed systems, embedded software, ML infrastructure, data platforms, or robotics.
• Experience delivering ambiguous technical programs through definition, integration, release, and operational adoption.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, influence, and cross-functional decision-making skills.
• Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
