Field Liaison III - Belfast, ME

Location: Remote, Maine, with a combination of office work and travel; business travel of up to 80% may be required

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with transportation providers and medical facilities through meetings, calls, presentations, outreach, and education.
• Conduct scheduled and random provider and facility visits, including vehicle inspections and real-time trip observations.
• Perform field investigations, compliance risk assessments, and contract adherence reviews.
• Train providers on PASS requirements, wheelchair securement, and the Safe Driver Program.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement follow-up action plans.
• Support transportation network digitization, TripCare platform adoption, and market-specific projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma and at least two years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations to public audiences.
• Ability to build effective relationships, work independently and collaboratively, and solve problems through action plans.
• Valid current driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to use a hands-free mobile phone.
• Willingness and ability to travel within assigned regions and work varying days and hours based on operational needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or insurance industry experience, including knowledge of Medicaid guidelines and non-emergency medical transportation.
• Audit, training, or presentation experience.
• CTAA or NSC certifications, or willingness to obtain required certifications.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Bilingual skills.
