Annual OTE: $142,000–$205,000 USD. Total compensation may also include incentive compensation, bonuses, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, build, and document persona-based demo solutions and workflows that demonstrate business outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end sandbox environments, including datasets, uptime, lifecycle, capacity, feature integrations, and technical issue resolution.
• Build automated pipelines for provisioning, refreshing, decommissioning, and monitoring demo environments and datasets.
• Create reusable technical collateral and demo assets for go-to-market, partner, and presales teams.
• Lead demo-focused go-to-market initiatives, tracking milestones, adoption metrics, risks, and performance insights.
• Deliver tailored technical demonstrations for internal teams, partners, conferences, executive briefings, and analyst reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Demo Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or comparable practical experience.
• Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, another programming or scripting language, or QA/test automation.
• Ability to build and maintain automated tooling, scripts, pipelines, demo datasets, and solutions for complex integrations.
• Understanding of B2B sales processes and revenue personas, with experience connecting technical demonstrations to business outcomes.
• Strong project management, communication, presentation, collaboration, and executive presence skills.
