Senior IT Project Technician (Microsoft Intune)

What you will do

• Design, test, and maintain deployment packages for software, drivers, and desktop configurations.
• Administer Microsoft Intune, including device provisioning, compliance policies, application deployment, and reporting.
• Build PowerShell scripts and lightweight tools for onboarding, patching, and software updates.
• Identify friction in IT support workflows and co-develop solutions that improve speed and reliability.
• Document deployment and automation procedures and provide hands-on training for new tools.
• Align endpoint management with security and compliance requirements and evaluate Microsoft ecosystem developments.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in desktop support, endpoint management, or IT operations.
• Strong hands-on administration experience with Microsoft Intune or Endpoint Manager.
• Practical PowerShell scripting skills sufficient to automate workflows end to end.
• Experience with application packaging and deployment using tools such as PDQ Deploy, Ivanti, or SCCM.
• Solid knowledge of Windows deployment and imaging, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience working with an IT service management platform such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
