Endpoint Engineer - Enterprise Endpoint Compute (Windows)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Work arrangement details, including the proportion of on-site and remote work, will be discussed during the interview.

What you will do

• Configure and automate the deployment of Windows operating systems and applications across enterprise endpoints.
• Provide advanced support for Windows operating systems, applications, endpoint provisioning, upgrades, drivers, and firmware.
• Investigate incidents, logs, and system behavior to identify root causes, assess risks, and implement remediation.
• Remediate endpoint vulnerabilities and maintain stable, secure, and scalable endpoint environments.
• Coordinate incident response with engineering, operations, security, and application teams, including participation in technical incident bridges.
• Analyze operational trends and incident history to recommend improvements and reduce repeat incidents.

Requirements

• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and, where applicable, a valid work or study permit.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting Windows endpoints in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Windows incident support and triage, operating system troubleshooting, vulnerability remediation, OS deployment, in-place upgrades, driver and firmware updates, and PowerShell or VBScript automation.
• Experience supporting application deployments, common desktop software, directory services, and endpoint configuration tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, incident response, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to client service, continuous learning, teamwork, trust, and accountability.

Nice to have

• Experience with VDI provisioning technologies such as Citrix Director or VMware vSphere.
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager or other endpoint management platforms.
