Director US Field Reporting Specialty Care

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts; hybrid. Applicants must be US or Puerto Rico residents.

Salary: $161,250–$232,916.66 annually

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, design, development, and operations of field reporting across US Specialty Care commercial teams.
• Build reporting strategies, processes, and tools using pharmaceutical data sources, BI platforms, and AI capabilities.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered analytics, automation, and self-service reporting to improve field efficiency.
• Advise Sales and Marketing leadership and represent the North American perspective in global field reporting decisions.
• Collaborate with Digital/ITS, Commercial, Market Access, Compliance, Field Learning and Development, and global GTMC teams.
• Manage associate directors, hub teams, vendors, budgets, staffing, governance, and delivery priorities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics, reporting, sales operations, or equivalent consulting.
• Experience partnering with or leading field teams, managing vendors, and delivering measurable business value.
• Experience in regulated industries with a strong compliance orientation.
• Proficiency with pharmaceutical data sources including IQVIA, LAAD, Xponent, Symphony, Komodo, CMS, Optum, Questlab, SP/PSS, and DDD/867.
• Experience with BI tools such as Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, and MicroStrategy; database tools including Snowflake, Oracle, DBeaver, and SQL Server; and CRM platforms including Veeva and Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline required; a master’s degree is preferred.
