Sr Analyst, Customer Data

Location: USA - NJ - Camden; hybrid working model; approximately 25% travel

Salary: $87,900-$120,900 annual base salary

What you will do

• Analyze customer, retailer, and marketplace data to identify and size growth opportunities.
• Translate complex datasets into clear insights for Category Leadership, Sales, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop, automate, and distribute weekly sales, market-share, new-launch, and customer scorecard reporting.
• Support category reviews, customer presentations, and Joint Business Planning with data-driven narratives.
• Monitor and communicate Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising, and Pricing performance and execution gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of analytical experience in CPG sales, category management, or retail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including complex dashboards and performance scorecards.
• Expertise in retailer-specific data ecosystems and syndicated market data.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, prioritization, and deadline management in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
