What you will do

• Analyze and improve customer journeys within the Business Lending Tribe.
• Design new client journeys and adjust existing ones from concept and design through testing and implementation.
• Translate customer and business needs into requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with IT, Product Owners, and internal and external stakeholders to implement solutions.
• Monitor results and incidents, identify solutions, and drive continuous service optimization.
• Translate laws and regulations into practical customer processes while ensuring risk and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented approach and affinity with digitization and innovation.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile teams.
• Experience in banking is an asset.
• Ability to work in the hybrid setup at the Brussels location.
