What you will do

• Analyze and improve customer journeys within the Business Lendhirify.global Tribe.
• Design new and enhance existhirify.global online journeys for business loan applications and management.
• Translate customer and stakeholder needs into requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with IT, Product Owners, and internal and external stakeholders to test and implement solutions.
• Monitor service results and incidents, identify solutions, and drive continuous optimization.
• Translate laws and regulations into practical customer processes while safeguardhirify.global risk and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, customer-oriented, and communication skills.
• Affinity with digitization, innovation, and Agile ways of workhirify.global.
• Experience in bankhirify.global is an asset.
• Availability to work in a hybrid setup in Brussels, Belgium.
