Senior Software Engineer (Python + AI)

Location: Fully remote; multiple locations

What you will do

• Analyze requirements, design systems, develop Python and AI solutions, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and provide technical support.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications with FastAPI and Pydantic.
• Implement asynchronous and parallel programming solutions with asyncio.
• Integrate and experiment with multimodal generative AI models, including text-to-image and text-to-audio models.
• Review code, maintain quality standards, communicate with the client, and coordinate day-to-day technical work.
• Provide technical leadership through mentoring, coaching, and leading by example.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Python and FastAPI experience, including Pydantic for data validation and schema definition.
• Hands-on experience with asyncio and asynchronous or parallel programming.
• Experience with generative AI, large language models, agentic AI applications, RAG pipelines, and hybrid search with vector databases.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate+ English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure or other major cloud platforms, including Service Bus, Data Lake, Blob Storage, and Redis.
• Familiarity with MCP, A2A, LangGraph, long-term memory, human-in-the-loop workflows, and state management.
• Experience with .NET, Docker, Kubernetes, and scalable microservices architectures.
