About the Role

You will identify and solve high-priority operational problems from diagnosis through implementation. You will analyse data, improve and document processes, determine when work should be automated, and support new markets, products, and launches as priorities change.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in operations, business operations, strategy and operations, or a similar generalist problem-solving role
• Analytical and investigative skills
• Technical aptitude and confidence working with internal tools and data
• Basic SQL knowledge or the willingness and ability to learn
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Attention to detail and sound judgement
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
• Ability to work across different problems and teams

Responsibilities

• Own operational problems end to end, from identification and root-cause analysis through implementation
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and other relevant teams
• Use data to identify business trends, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies
• Design, document, and improve processes
• Identify processes that should be automated
• Build operational foundations for new markets, products, and launches
• Adapt to changing priorities across operational areas
• Contribute to the evolution of the operations function
