Intern - Credit Risk Analyst (AI)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States (hybrid; two days per week in the office)

What you will do

• Analyze auto finance portfolio performance and support credit risk reporting.
• Validate data accuracy and apply data analysis, spreadsheet modeling, and credit risk techniques.
• Translate business issues into quantitative questions and develop actionable insights.
• Design and implement model documentation while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Create and adjust reports with internal customers and present concise recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree or higher program in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field, with at least one semester remaining at the start of the internship.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, conceptual, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, work independently or collaboratively, and present to business leaders.
• Ability to use AI tools, evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias, and apply responsible AI practices related to ethics and data protection.
• Immigration-related sponsorship is not provided, including H-1B, OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, TN, and J-1 support.
