Thermal Power Engineering Intern

Location: Tampa, Florida, United States; in-office environment with onsite work and willingness to travel, including to remote locations.

What you will do

• Solve challenging problems involving thermal power generation systems and thermal conversion of energy.
• Work in a multidisciplinary engineering environment focused on thermal power systems.
• Prepare technical reports, client presentations, drawings, and detailed design documentation.
• Support research and development of thermal technologies and contribute to sector-related assignments.
• Coordinate with technicians, engineers, senior engineers, and designers on projects.
• Gain practical onsite experience through work on thermal power projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite, including at remote locations.
• Transcript, official or unofficial, must be submitted with the application.
• Previous co-op or internship experience is preferred.
