Sr. Specialist, Treasury Operations (Automotive)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. The role requires 4–5 days per week in the office, regular in-person meetings and events, and occasional domestic and international travel.

What you will do

• Prepare daily cash disposition and prior-day reconciliations for all bank accounts.
• Provide treasury expertise across cash management, liquidity optimization, banking structures, controls, and operational best practices.
• Support the SAP treasury workstation, system enhancements, production incidents, payments, and bank account administration.
• Analyze foreign exchange exposure and prepare FX spot deal orders for foreign-currency transactions.
• Prepare liquidity forecasts and reporting, gather cash-flow inputs, and support liquidity planning for Finance leadership.
• Manage treasury governance, audits, corporate charge cards, hedge accounting activities, and ISDA-related documentation with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in corporate treasury or banking.
• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, liquidity planning, foreign exchange, bank account management, and treasury controls.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and using Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Working knowledge of treasury workstations, cash management, payments, and automation tools such as macros, scripting, or workflow optimization.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
