Site Human Resources Specialist

Location: Onsite at the Miamisburg plant, 170 Monarch Ln, Miamisburg, Ohio, USA

Salary: $63,780–$95,200 per year

What you will do

• Provide employee relations and manager capability support across assigned sites and functions.
• Use observations and data to recommend employee relations strategies that support morale and engagement.
• Collaborate with workforce support tiers to resolve employee inquiries and issues promptly.
• Support promotions, investigations, corrective actions, performance improvement plans, terminations, and restructuring activities.
• Serve as the primary contact for HR inquiries, complaints, case management, and policy navigation.
• Coach employees and leaders through leadership processes and conflict resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• One to four years of related HR or labor relations experience.
• Detailed understanding of human resources and labor relations principles, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and cases simultaneously.
• Experience with digital case management and workflow tools, specifically ServiceNow.
• Ability to work onsite at the Miamisburg plant in the United States.
