About the Role
You will support the developer community to increase technology adoption, answer technical questions, and share insights that improve the developer experience. You will create documentation and content, provide support through community channels, and speak at conferences and events to build the global developer community.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent knowledge, skills, and industry experience
- 3–5+ years of professional experience developing production systems
- Advanced knowledge of at least one modern programming language, such as JavaScript, Go, Python, Rust, or Ruby
Responsibilities
- Increase developer adoption of Ironforge technology
- Answer technical questions from developers
- Funnel developer insights back to improve the technology and experience
- Create and improve documentation and content
- Support developers through Discord, Slack, and StackOverflow
- Speak at conferences and events
- Build the global developer community
