Senior Manager, Developer Evangelism Americas

Location: Remote and based in the United States. Approximately 10% travel is expected for customer and team relationship-building activities.

What you will do

• Lead Developer Evangelism and developer relations across North and Latin America.
• Define the regional strategy and coordinate programs, events, and engagement initiatives.
• Inspire developers to build with Twilio products and improve the developer experience.
• Lead and develop a regional organization of Developer Evangelists.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, Support, and other stakeholders across the company.
• Establish metrics, communicate outcomes, and contribute to the broader Developer Network strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Community, Developer Marketing, or related areas.
• 3–5 years of team leadership or people management experience.
• Experience leading Developer Relations or community initiatives at scale.
• Experience mentoring individual contributors and collaborating cross-functionally across an organization.
• Strong problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Authentic interest in serving and supporting developer communities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of North American and Latin American developer communities, events, and programs.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience organizing developer programs or leading regional Developer Relations functions.
• Professional fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
• Experience navigating emerging technologies.
