Consultant, Derivatives

What you will do

• Maintain expertise in key derivatives issues from client, investment manager, and internal perspectives.
• Lead and guide partners involved in derivatives client servicing.
• Liaise with clients, investment managers, prospects, relationship managers, and internal departments.
• Resolve complex client escalations related to derivatives procedures and servicing strategy.
• Organize team work, assign tasks, set priorities, monitor activities, and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Conduct performance management, career development, staffing, and disciplinary processes.

Requirements

• College or university degree and/or relevant professional experience.
• Industry knowledge of derivatives products.
• Strong oral and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Negotiation, leadership, accountability, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Right to work in Ireland is required at the time of application and throughout employment.
• Employment permit sponsorship is not available, including Critical Skills, General Employment, Intra-Company Transfer, and Stamp 1G permissions.
