Salary: $16–$18.40 per hour

What you will do

• Welcome, assist, and serve multiple customers in a specialty retail environment.
• Provide product information, answer questions, recommend merchandise, and support suggestive upselling.
• Style American Girl doll hair, including braiding, in the salon experience.
• Share information about store events, promotions, and activities.
• Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and help resolve returns by recommending exchanges.
• Communicate merchandise and service needs to management while supporting team goals.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills and preferably experience using a POS system.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Interpersonal skills for engaging with customers in a customer-oriented environment.
• Experience with doll hair braiding or salon-style doll hair styling.

Nice to have

• Sales experience in specialty retail or the service industry.
• Experience working around children.
