What you will do

• Manage the Packaging platform design team, assign work, and prioritize requests to meet delivery requirements.
• Define and maintain efficient design processes, workflows, specifications, and communication of priorities.
• Represent the design group when working with clients, sales, customer service, and manufacturing.
• Lead high-profile client projects and manage packaging design projects through all execution stages.
• Develop structural solutions for folding carton, corrugated, and rigid box packaging.
• Create 3D renderings, exploded-view schematics, assembly instructions, and presentation-ready packaging prototypes.

Requirements

• At least a two-year degree or related experience.
• 5+ years of experience in packaging structural design.
• Advanced knowledge of ArtiosCAD.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, prioritize resources, and develop effective design solutions.
• Strong communication, business acumen, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work in Cudahy, Wisconsin, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with non-paper packaging materials.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft products.
• Experience with SolidWorks or Rhino 3D.
