System Field Service Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Zhubei City, Taiwan; the role includes domestic and international business travel.

What you will do

• Operate probe system applications in day-to-day customer environments at semiconductor manufacturing companies.
• Deliver silicon photonics and other probe system results to customers.
• Support customer issues, prepare internal escalation summaries, and provide solutions.
• Support customer engagement and product demonstration activities.
• Collaborate with customers, account managers, team leads, and global R&D colleagues.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related experience, an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with probe system tools preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience setting up and debugging RF, DC, or silicon photonics wafer testing environments required.
• Fluent English for verbal, email, and report communication.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues at different organizational levels and across global R&D.

Nice to have

• Experience with an equipment vendor or research, development, or high-volume manufacturing fab.
