Telephonic Quality Outreach Professional

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; hybrid schedule with 2 days per week in the office

Salary: $48,300–$65,300 per year

What you will do

• Conduct telephonic outreach to pediatric Medicaid members to close HEDIS care gaps.
• Evaluate member needs and help families address scheduling, transportation, and other barriers to care.
• Coordinate services and community resources to support primary and preventive care access.
• Provide vaccine awareness and education based on Bright Futures and EPSDT preventive health guidelines.
• Collaborate with quality improvement professionals and other departments to improve HEDIS outcomes.
• Promote member independence through education and preventive care outreach.

Requirements

• Unrestricted LPN license in Oklahoma required.
• Prior experience in an insurance or healthcare setting.
• At least 2 years of technical experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with 2 days per week in the office.
• Passion for improving consumer experiences.

Nice to have

• Bilingual Spanish skills.
• Experience coordinating services, care needs, or benefits for Medicaid members.
• Experience with HEDIS measures or quality performance metrics.
• Remote or telephonic experience.
• Knowledge of community health, social service agencies, and community resources.
