Senior Brand Designer (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; On-site

Salary: $130,000–$170,000 per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Own, define, and evolve the visual identity across brand, web, product, and marketing touchpoints.
• Build and maintain cohesive brand assets, guidelines, and documentation.
• Design and ship the main website and other interactive brand experiences.
• Create marketing materials for social media, product launches, campaigns, sales, events, and merchandise.
• Collaborate with growth and product teams to bring the brand into product experiences.
• Set the visual quality bar and manage design quality assurance across the stack.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Brand Designer in technology.
• Strong experience designing and shipping modern, interactive web experiences.
• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional brand, visual, and graphic design across multiple touchpoints.
• Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color, and art direction.
• Hands-on experience shipping real products to users.
• Exceptional visual craftsmanship, attention to consistency and detail, and experience collaborating with product and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Motion graphics and animation experience.
• Product design and UI/UX experience.
• User research experience.
• In-house technology company experience owning and evolving a brand over time.
