Founding Brand Designer (AI)

Location: New York City, Flatiron office; in-person work 5 days a week

Salary: $150,000–$210,000 per year plus equity

hirify.global builds production-grade AI agents that perform end-to-end accounting work for major accounting firms and is developing applied machine learning at production scale.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the visual identity for hirify.global as both a customer-facing and technical AI brand.
• Define creative direction across the website, launches, campaigns, customer stories, visual assets, sales materials, and recruiting.
• Design responsive web experiences and work closely with developers to ship final experiences.
• Build flexible brand systems, standards, reusable templates, and AI-enabled creative workflows.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Marketing, Recruiting, and other cross-functional teams.
• Guide agencies, freelancers, and future designers while maintaining the quality and coherence of the brand.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in brand design, visual design, or creative direction.
• A portfolio demonstrating complete brand systems and distinctive creative concepts for complex products or abstract ideas.
• Exceptional ability in typography, composition, color, hierarchy, image direction, and visual storytelling.
• Strong digital design skills and experience shipping responsive web experiences with developers.
• Experience creating design systems, templates, standards, and workflows for multiple buyers and go-to-market motions.
• Strong creative judgment, business judgment, technical curiosity, and the ability to turn ambiguity into clear creative direction.

Nice to have

• Experience at a high-growth software, AI, fintech, or technical product company.
• Experience with category-defining brand work, B2B websites, integrated campaigns, editorial design, and AI-native creative practice.
