German-Speaking Affiliate & Partnerships Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote from Kenya, Romania, or South Africa (CPT)

What you will do

• Manage the partnership inbox and respond to affiliate partners and networks about offers, commissions, tracking, traffic, and fraud.
• Build and maintain a media kit while selling and booking website placements and weekly newsletter slots.
• Negotiate improved CPA and CPS rates, exclusive codes, and bonus commissions with existing partners.
• Acquire new shops, brands, and fintech partners through affiliate networks and direct deals, focusing on high-value verticals.
• Track clicks, conversions, EPC, basket size, commissions, and rejection rates, identifying underperforming partners.
• Report weekly on placement revenue, pipeline, partner performance, and open issues.

Requirements

• Fluent German is required for working with partners and networks in the DACH region.
• Good English is required.
• Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing from a publisher, network, or advertiser perspective.
• Understanding of CPA, CPS, CPC, CPL, EPC, and rejection-rate metrics, or the ability to learn them quickly.
• Commercial confidence in pricing and negotiating deals independently.
• Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools for inbox management, media kits, and reporting.
• Background in cashback, coupon, deal, comparison, e-commerce, fintech, affiliate-network, or partner-driven businesses.
• Awareness of the reputational sensitivity of cashback and coupon extensions.
