Affiliate Manager (Fintech)

hirify.global is a fintech company providing financial brokerage products and a SaaS trading platform for brokers.

What you will do

• Source, approach, qualify, and onboard affiliates in the Philippines under Revenue Share and CPA models.
• Build and manage relationships with affiliates, networks, agencies, influencers, KOLs, and local partners.
• Monitor traffic and affiliate performance, identifying fraud, policy violations, and quality issues.
• Coordinate commission payouts, respond to affiliate inquiries, and provide ongoing partner support.
• Develop market-specific affiliate initiatives, collect local insights, and present performance reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams and participate in affiliate events and business trips.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing or business development within the Philippines market.
• Fluent English and Filipino (Tagalog) are required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and independent working skills.
• An existing network of trusted affiliates, influencers, KOLs, or partners in the Philippines is a significant advantage.
• Experience in Forex, CFD, FinTech, Crypto, iGaming, or other financial services is an advantage.
