TL;DR
Affiliate Manager (LATAM) (Fintech/Affiliate Marketing): Managing affiliate programs, partner relationships, and performance campaigns for an online trading business with an accent on LATAM growth, traffic acquisition, and partnership development. Focus on negotiating affiliate agreements, analysing campaign and traffic data, detecting non-compliant activity, and coordinating promotional assets for Spanish-speaking markets.
Location: Fully remote from Argentina. Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.

What you will do
- Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with affiliates, IBs, and traffic networks.
- Manage affiliate programs, campaigns, agreements, and partner activities.
- Prepare partnership proposals, negotiate cooperation terms, and evaluate campaign ROI.
- Analyse sales reports, traffic data, market trends, GEOs, and demographics to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor activity for fraud, policy breaches, and non-compliant marketing practices.
- Coordinate with Creative teams on landing pages, banners, teasers, campaign assets, and promotional initiatives.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Affiliate Management or Partner Marketing.
- Portfolio of LATAM clients and strong knowledge of affiliate channels and traffic acquisition models.
- Excellent English and Spanish are mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, communication, relationship management, analytical, organisational, and project management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with affiliate networks and tracking systems.
- Willingness to travel for conferences, exhibitions, and business meetings when required.

- Experience in Forex, Fintech, or Online Trading.
