Affiliates Business Development Manager (Crypto)

What you will do

• Recruit and onboard affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, traffic websites, and influencers.
• Build and manage affiliate partnerships from recruitment through retention.
• Develop campaigns that increase trading volume, user acquisition, active transactions, and regional revenue.
• Maintain relationships with local crypto influencers and negotiate partnership expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with the product team to share market insights and improve product-market fit.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify market opportunities and refine growth strategies.

Requirements

• Solid affiliate marketing experience in the cryptocurrency space.
• Experience building large affiliate networks from start to finish.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of affiliate acquisition KPIs, optimization methods, data analysis, and segmentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and target-achievement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working across time zones and with cross-cultural teams.
• Previous experience at a crypto exchange, trading company, or CFD broker.
• Passion for blockchain technology and crypto trading.
• German language skills and immediate availability.
