Affiliate Marketing Executive (Fintech)

Location: London, UK; hybrid. Work from home is available on Mondays and Fridays, with office attendance on the other weekdays.

What you will do

• Map the affiliate and influencer landscape, source prospective partners, run outbound outreach, and build a new-partner pipeline.
• Negotiate and close CPA and fixed-fee commercial deals designed to generate measurable incremental customer acquisition.
• Own partner onboarding and activation from signed agreement through the first live campaign.
• Track CAC, LTV, CPA, ROI, payback, attribution, and payout accuracy across partnerships and affiliate platforms.
• Run sponsorship and partnership activations end to end while coordinating with creative, growth, lifecycle, finance, and legal teams.
• Build scalable playbooks, commercial terms, tooling, and AI-assisted processes for research, brief-writing, and reporting.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, acquisition, or performance marketing for a consumer brand.
• Proven success sourcing and closing new affiliate or influencer partnerships, including commercial negotiation and end-to-end activation.
• Strong knowledge of CPA, fixed fees, LTV, ROI, blended CAC, payback periods, cohort behavior, attribution, and channel economics.
• Experience managing multiple activations, partner relationships, budgets, timelines, tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Strong commercial communication, organization, relationship management, and data analysis skills.
• Demonstrable use of AI in professional workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or financial services.
• Experience with sports, entertainment, media, or large-brand sponsorships.
• Experience with affiliate networks or tracking platforms such as Impact, Awin, CJ, Partnerize, or Income Access.
• Experience building an affiliate or influencer program from 0 to 1.
