Company

hirify.global develops automotive products and vehicle platforms focused on zero crashes, zero emissions, and zero congestion.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end controls design for either the steering or suspension and vertical-motion domain.
  • Develop reusable vehicle-motion control and estimation algorithms supporting multiple vehicle configurations, actuator technologies, operating modes, and driver modes.
  • For steering, develop controls for EPS, steer-by-wire, and active rear steering, including response, driver feedback, trajectory tracking, disturbance rejection, mode transitions, and fault-tolerant or degraded operation.
  • For suspension, develop controls for adaptive and active suspension addressing ride, handling, body motion, wheel motion, roll, pitch, and heave.
  • Define platform interfaces, control ownership, actuator coordination, arbitration, technology-specific extensions, requirements, performance metrics, calibration strategies, diagnostics, and software-release activities.
  • Use vehicle-dynamics simulation, model-based development, HIL, DiL, in-vehicle testing, production-oriented embedded software, and vehicle validation; coordinate with braking, propulsion, rear-steering, software, systems, calibration, test, and program teams while mentoring engineers.
