Talent Acquisition Partner (Europe)

Location: Home-office based, ideally located in Ireland; Dublin, Ireland. The role supports recruitment across Europe.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple divisions and staffing levels in Europe.
• Build candidate pipelines through sourcing channels, employee referrals, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen and interview candidates, coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and maintain candidate engagement.
• Improve recruiting processes, candidate records, reporting, and recruitment analytics.
• Partner with HR functions, the global recruitment team, hiring managers, and external agencies to achieve hiring goals.
• Negotiate employment offers and support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 10 years of recruiting experience, including both in-house and agency recruitment.
• At least 5 years of recruiting experience across European geographies.
• Previous recruiting experience in pharma, life sciences, IT, consulting, commercial, or services environments.
• Strong understanding of hiring regulations across Europe and the UK, plus experience in a multinational environment.
• Fluent English, experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other applicant tracking systems, strong communication, project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
