Analytics Program Lead (AI)

Location: Remote, United States; hybrid role

Salary: $175,000–$225,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own the delivery, quality, coherence, stability, and velocity of analytics products across multiple healthcare solutions.
• Define and enforce analytics standards, ways of working, and repeatable processes across parallel workstreams.
• Lead and manage solution analytics leads, including scoping and sequencing work and removing blockers.
• Partner with Data Engineering, BI Engineering, Product, platform, and architecture teams on analytics foundations.
• Shape BI platform and semantic architecture for embedded, self-service, and agentic analytics.
• Contribute hands-on as an individual contributor when complex work requires direct intervention.

Requirements

• Experience owning and shipping analytics or data programs across multiple parallel workstreams.
• Strong analytical rigor and hands-on experience with SQL, dbt, modern data warehouses, and BI.
• Ability to build repeatable systems, standards, governance, and enforcement mechanisms.
• Experience influencing cross-functional platform, engineering, and architecture partners.
• Comfort scaling proven ways of working across teams and solutions.
• Must be based in the United States; the role uses a hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Healthcare domain expertise, including operational data, clinical workflows, or hospital operations.
• Experience scaling an analytics function at a growing company.
• Knowledge of data governance, metric governance, and semantic layers.
• Experience with Sigma, dbt-based data logic, and knowledge management systems.
• Exposure to natural-language, AI-enabled, or agentic analytics workflows.
