Associate Program Manager (BPO Operations)

What you will do

• Coordinate daily operations for programs delivered by offshore BPO teams, including vendor check-ins, quality reviews, and capacity tracking.
• Manage request intake, prioritization, stakeholder expectations, and delivery against SLAs.
• Create and maintain SOPs, job aids, training materials, reporting, KPI dashboards, and stakeholder readouts.
• Investigate quality issues, escalations, and rework, then drive corrective actions with system owners and partner teams.
• Identify automation and process improvements that reduce manual work and operating costs.
• Support partner and team onboarding, Senior Program Managers, quarterly OKR planning, and annual budget inputs.

Requirements

• Availability to work Mountain Time hours.
• 1–2 years of program, project, or operations management experience.
• At least 1 year of project and process implementation experience.
• Experience with Salesforce, Excel, Notion, Asana, and Slack.
• Strong written communication, interpersonal skills, initiative, and process improvement ability.
• Bachelor’s degree, technical certification, or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating with vendors or outsourced teams.
• Exposure to Tableau or Snowflake.
